Mark Ames
Managing Partner
Mark Ames is a seasoned multifamily investor whose expertise has driven numerous successful transactions. His leadership guides growth strategies and investment decisions, while also playing a critical role in property sourcing and operations. Before joining Beyond Properties, Mark served as the Vice President of Sourcing and Logistics at a global Sports Brands company focusing on supply chain management and strategic sourcing.
Amy Yates
Managing Partner
Amy Yates is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Beyond Properties, Amy worked in mortgage securitization and served as CFO of real estate companies. Amy oversees accounting, finance, and multifamily underwriting and acquisitions. With a BA in Economics and an MBA in finance, Amy brings a wealth of expertise to drive the company’s success.
John Sullivan
Managing Partner
John Sullivan is an accomplished real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in Houston’s real estate market. Specializing in multifamily investing, land development, and construction management, John combines local expertise with a keen business sense to deliver successful projects. Holding both LLB and BA degrees, he continues to drive innovation and growth.
Rita Kein
Finance Director
Rita Kein has extensive experience with real estate law and investments. Rita started her career as an attorney specializing in commercial law, where she gained significant experience in international corporate law. Later, Rita served as a director and manager in several international companies, some of which are multi-million dollar equity corporations. Now, Rita heads Beyond Properties Investor Relations and assists with finance and legal matters.

Maria’s experience with managing diverse teams and various operational divisions are instrumental to the success of Beyond Properties.
Robert Davis
Senior Asset Manager
Robert’s primary focus is business plan execution for our assets, both individually and portfolio-wide. This includes managing construction projects, property operations, bottom-line cash flow / financials, and capital events. Robert has over 4 years of hands-on multifamily asset management experience and has overseen $15M+ in capital improvement projects. Additionally, he has been involved in over 11 capital events totaling $300M in proceeds. Robert holds a BA in economics.
Jessica Lee
Acquisition Analyst
Jessica is responsible for underwriting and analyzing multifamily assets. A passionate financial analyst with vast multifamily experience, Jessica performs complex modeling and review assets’ financial. Before joining Beyond Properties Jessica worked at a known hedge fund where she specialized in property valuation, developing a keen eye for spotting real estate opportunities. Jessica hold a BA degree in IT.
Matt Ng
Construction Manager
Matt has been a Construction Manager at Beyond Properties since 2018. With over 12 years of multifamily construction and maintenance, Matt is responsible for capex budgeting and due diligence during the acquisition phase, and planning, coordinating, and supervising all capex implementation work post-acquisition. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Engineering.
