Eli Amsterdam is a seasoned multifamily investor whose expertise has driven numerous successful transactions. His leadership guides growth strategies and investment decisions, while also playing a critical role in property sourcing and operations. Before joining Beyond Properties, Eli served as the Vice President of Sourcing and Logistics at Outerstuff, a global Sports Brands company focusing on supply chain management and strategic sourcing.

Ron Yudovich

Managing Partner

Ron Yudovich is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Beyond Properties, Ron worked in mortgage securitization and served as CFO of real estate companies. Ron oversees accounting, finance, and multifamily underwriting and acquisitions. With a BA in Economics and an MBA in finance, Ron brings a wealth of expertise to drive the company’s success.

Avishai Sivan is an accomplished real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in Houston’s real estate market. Specializing in multifamily investing, land development, and construction management, Avishai combines local expertise with a keen business sense to deliver successful projects. Holding both LLB and BA degrees, he continues to drive innovation and growth.
